The Lighthouse Girl is a 5-minute independent animated short about the day in the life of a girl on a magical island. It was created by Ryan Miller and Jenna Smith, with an original score by Ngawang Samphel.

It was produced from February 2009 to early December 2009. It was made with Adobe Flash, Photoshop and After Effects.

The small blue creatures that live in the tree are called "Waddles"!
